This accessibility statement applies to the website truika.com, operated by TROIKA Onlineshop GmbH, Nisterfeld 11, 57629, Müschenbach, 02662 95110, service@truika.com.
1. Service Description
The website truika.com is used for the online distribution of consumer goods, especially gift items and accessories. Users can find information about products, select them, add them to their shopping cart, and purchase them online. In addition, service and contact information is provided.
2. Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements arise from the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), in particular from Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG with reference to the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV).
3. Fulfilment of Accessibility Requirements
This website does not, or only partially, meet the essential requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.2 with Conformance Level AA.
Accessible content:
Perceptibility
- The texts are easily readable (in terms of font type, size, style, letter, line, paragraph spacing, color contrasts)
- Texts can be enlarged without losing content or damaging the layout.
Operability
- Links and buttons are sufficiently large and easily accessible.
Understandability
- Clear and understandable short sentences and paragraphs are used; filling aids assist during the ordering process.
- Input corrections are possible.
- No content is used that triggers photosensitive reactions.
Non-accessible content:
Limitations in full keyboard operability, the use of screen readers, semantically correct content structuring, the provision of meaningful alternative texts for images, as well as for forms, dynamic content, and individual contrast values. In addition, the cookie consent banner and some interactive elements are currently not fully implemented in an accessible manner.
The listed content is not accessible for the following reasons
The mentioned limitations mainly result from technical characteristics of the shop system used, the theme employed, and integrated third-party components. Gradual technical optimization to further improve accessibility is planned.
We are continuously working to remedy these deficiencies.
